Griffin and Company, PC has deployed its entire IT infrastructure on the ComputerVault, an On-Premises Private Cloud virtualization platform, so that it exceeds industry, state and federal data security requirements. It includes all servers, networks and virtual PC’s. High Availability of Computing Resources and Disaster Recovery are in place to protect and restore customer data to ensure business continuity, including Microsoft’s Azure O365 and Amazon’s AWS cloud backup integrations. All network connections, both inside and outside the office, are encrypted at all times, so that no data may be read by a third party.We provide innovative strategies for business and tax planning as well as effective and reliable auditing and assurance services. Founded in 1947 by James E. Griffin in Worcester, Massachusetts, Griffin and Company, PC has cultivated a lasting legacy of excellence in the realm of business accounting. James E. Griffin, Jr., joined his father in 1960, playing a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s distinguished reputation for delivering premier accounting, tax, and management advisory services, underpinned by a steadfast commitment to quality and client trust.
Since its inception, Griffin and Company, PC has catered to a prestigious clientele, offering a comprehensive suite of auditing, accounting, tax, and management advisory services. A significant milestone occurred on February 14, 2012, when the esteemed Concord, MA firm of Rockett & Girouard, PC, agreed to be acquired.
This strategic partnership capitalized on the collective expertise and experience of a carefully selected group of CPAs, hailing from diverse backgrounds including regional Worcester and Boston firms, as well as national (Big 4) firms. Their combined proficiencies fortified the firm’s capacity to address clients’ needs comprehensively.
