Since its inception, Griffin and Company, PC have served a distinguished clientele, providing auditing, accounting, tax, and management advisory services. In a significant development on February 14, 2012, the esteemed Concord, MA firm of Rockett & Girouard, PC agreed to be acquired, resulting in the creation of a subsidiary firm, Griffin, Rockett, Girouard and Co., PC.
This partnership leveraged the collective expertise and experience of our carefully selected group of seven CPAs, drawing from diverse backgrounds including regional Worcester and Boston firms, as well as national (Big 4) firms. Their combined skills bolstered the firm's ability to meet clients' needs comprehensively.
Presently, Griffin and Company, PC is led by an accomplished management team composed of James E. Griffin, III and David E. Griffin. Their unwavering leadership ensures that the firm continues to thrive and deliver exceptional service in the field of accounting, tax, and management advisory.
