James E. Griffin, III, CPA, MST

Jim is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Bentley College Graduate School of Taxation. In 1986, he received a Certificate of Achievement by the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants for having passed the CPA Examination at the first sitting. His areas of specialization include management consulting, auditing and tax planning to privately held companies and their shareholders. He has a broad range of experience in representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and Massachusetts Department of Revenue as well as negotiating and facilitating banking relationships. His clients' activities include distribution, manufacturing, financial services and non-profit organizations.

Jim has been affiliated with the firm since 1985.

David E. Griffin, CPA, MST

David is a graduate of Fairfield University and the Bentley College Graduate School of Taxation (with high distinction). He focuses on auditing, tax, estate and financial planning and valuation services. He has represented clients before government agencies with respect to tax matters and consults with clients on integrated business - individual tax planning and stockholder agreements. David's professional experience includes high net worth individuals, auditing to closely held businesses and gift and estate planning.

David has been affiliated with the firm since 1992.
